Life changing!!
I have been struggling with sleep for years. It was for no particular reason, I just could never “switch off” and if I woke up through the night I’d spend hours tossing and turning. These mats are absolutely life changing.. I have been using my mat now for two weeks every night before bed.. I sleep like a solid log, I feel better within myself.. it’s such an amazing little invention.. I have gone shirtless from the get go - it isn’t as bad as I was expecting however pulling yourself off the mat is the tricky part.
